KEYSTONE IS OPEN FOR THE ’26-’27 SEASON

Keystone Ski Resort opened Oct. 30, second only to A Basin, which isn’t like coming in second…it’s more like first place as you know if you’ve ever skied A Basin.

Hyped as the premier family ski destination, Keystone has its own secret powder stashes among its 140 runs accessed by 21 lifts, Mr Toad’s Wild Ride primary among them. Unmarked, 810 vertical feet off the backside of the mountain in the Outback terrain area is expert black diamond pitched at 20 degrees in its steepest sweep with a natural gully like a halfpipe. If you spot signage for Wildfire, Willows or Lower Prospector, you’re thisclose.

Tucker out the whole fam damily with night skiing on Dercum Mountain. Full-day lift tickets cover night skiing at no extra and count as a single day’s use. Ski ’til 8pm on weekends and holidays.

And remember if you reside at Dercum’s Dash, you’d be home by now!
