Director of Operations
Originally from Los Angeles, California, and a Colorado resident for the past 21 years, Julieanne Gilchrist initially joined the Crestwood team in 2014 as the company’s Financial Controller. Today she oversees all operational aspects of the Crestwood companies from budgeting, business analysis, forecasting, and sales and marketing to ensuring the Crestwood organizations are in accordance with both legal and legislative requirements as well as risk management, organizational policies and strategies. She also serves on the Dercum’s Dash Design Review Board and manages the Dercum’s Dash Homeowners Association.
Julieanne brings to the organizations 20+ years’ experience in providing professional services across a broad range of real estate development and construction areas. Included in her expertise is compliance, business process, business advisory, and consultancy. Throughout her career she has held senior finance positions working for commercial banking institutions, development companies and non-profit organizations.
Both Julieanne and her husband, Bill, love living the Colorado mountain lifestyle and are involved in and passionate about the philanthropic causes that impact their mountain home of Summit County, as well as internationally. They share between them six grown children and one three-year-old loveable Lab named Brodie. Brodie, most notably, is also on staff at Crestwood, holding the esteemed position of “The Office Boss Dog.”
