CASTLE ROCK ADVENTIST HOSPITAL RECEIVES PHILANTHROPIC DONATION FROM CRESTWOOD HOMES, LLC THAT KEEPS ON GIVING
Crestwood Homes donated a two-night stay at their 5,000 square foot, fully furnished luxury model home located in the Dercum’s Dash Neighborhood in Keystone. The donation was to benefit the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Golf Classic auction. The golf tournament was held on September 6, 2018 at the world-class Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia which draws physicians, hospital administrators, and business executives from all around the Denver metro area to play on this exclusive course.
After an amazing day of golf, the awards dinner included a live auction to raise money for wellness programs to improve health in the communities we serve. Our final auction item was their beautiful model home at Dercum’s Dash on the Mountain, an exclusive ski in/ski out community in the heart of Colorado Ski County. With the help of our enthusiastic auctioneer, Jim Berz, $19,000 was raised from this amazing auction item donated by Crestwood Homes! Their generosity will continue impacting lives in our community for years to come.

CRESTWOOD HOMES WELCOME’S ELLE B WILSON
Keystone, CO—Crestwood Homes announced today that ELLe B WiLLson has joined their team to commence exclusive representation of Dercum’s Dash on the Mountain into the next phase of home sales and pre-sales. ELLe B comes with a wealth of experience having served the industry for over two decades in the New York City real estate market in sales, property management and as director of operations for Manhattan real estate firms. As a marketing specialist, ELLe B has a proven track record consulting with emerging companies to maximize visibility and brand growth.
ELLe B considers coming to Dercum’s Dash on the Mountain an opportunity of a lifetime. “There are few places in the U.S. where you can build a custom home on the mountain of a ski slope, let alone a tract of land in the White River National Forest that is dedicated and zoned for a private community of 24 single family residences that is secluded, yet only steps away from River Run ski slope & gondola of Keystone," says ELLe B.
Keystone is one of few resorts poised for growth that can’t be overbuilt as it is protected by national forests and conservation land.
According to WiLLson, "What put me over the edge to commit was when I saw the artisan design, incomparable craftsmanship along with the highest quality construction and attention to detail throughout the homes and community. David Bernstein (of Crestwood Homes) is not just a builder, he is passionate about his work and loves interacting directly with the homeowner. It has been my experience that most builders do not want direct contact with their client. But Dercum’s Dash is different by design and both David and I welcome your inquiries."
Keytstone is the closet destination resort from Denver International Airport with Arapahoe Basin only 4 miles away and short distance to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and the towns of Dillon and Frisco.
"I consider myself a curator for the lucky few who will fulfill their dream of building a luxurious slope side single family home Dercum’s Dash on the Mountain for generations to come, adds ELLe B.

Dercum's Dash honored in 21st Annual Parade of Homes
Awarded Best Landscape + Outdoor Living Space
The first home sold in Dercum's Dash Community, 22 E. Trade Court, earned top honors for Best Landscape + Outdoor Living Space in the 21st Annual Parade of Homes. "This is a huge honor, one that truly sets our new luxury enclave apart," said David Bernstein, general contractor and developer of Dercum's Dash located right on the mountain at Keystone resort.
As one of Summit's premier real estate events, the Parade of Homes attracts builders and designers to show off their finest work. This was the first year that Dercum's Dash could enter as it was the first home completed in the development in 2015.
This year's entries were divided into three size categories. Six homes were entered in the 2,900-3,999 square-foot category, five in the 4,000-4,999 square-foot category and four in the 5,000+ square foot category. Square footage is calculated as "livable" space, not including garages.
The mix of 17 new and custom-built homes were judged by a panel of three including an architect, a builder and an interior designer. Twenty-four awards were presented September, 18, 2015 by the Summit County Builders Association. The homes were judged in 34 categories including best in exterior design and elevation, kitchen, master suite, interior finishes, interior furnishings, landscaping and outdoor living space, and builder concept and workmanship awards.
